Where I ship

Currently the United States only.

What it costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and where it’s going. A single mug typically runs $5–$8. You’ll see the exact cost and estimated delivery dates before you pay.

A carbon-offset option is available at checkout if you’d like it.

How long it takes

Each item is printed after you order it. Printful shows estimated delivery dates at checkout — usually one to two weeks from order to doorstep.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If it hasn’t arrived and tracking has gone quiet for more than five business days, write to me and I’ll look into it.

Wrong address

If an order is returned as undeliverable because of an incorrect address, I’ll contact you to confirm the correct one and reship it. A second shipping charge may apply.

Lost or damaged in transit
